We hope you are enjoying this gorgeous summer season in Park City. Our dedicated construction team has been hard at work at Wohali, bringing our vision to life with precision and attention to detail.
We are excited to share the latest updates from Wohali. Construction of the Wohali Gatehouse, our second amenity building, is underway. Crafted with meticulous detail, it showcases exquisite craftsmanship and will be a part of the state-of-the-art security systems that will be part of Wohali. The Gatehouse is set to be completed later this year.
Progress on the Manor House has been significant, with wood veneer wallcoverings, stone accent walls, and tile installations underway. Handmade stained-glass windows have been added, bringing the space to life. The Manor House is scheduled to open at the end of summer, and we are eager to share more with you once we have moved in furniture.
The Wohali Championship Golf Course is taking shape, with the final sculpting and sodding of four remaining holes above the bluff. The 13 holes below the bluff are already sodded and seeded. The entire golf course will be complete by mid-August, accompanied by cart paths.
In June, we hosted exclusive events to celebrate the launch of Wohali Village and the release of the next phase of Estate Lots. Over 120 agents attended, experiencing the breathtaking scenery and enjoying farm-to-table bites. Private tours are available for those who missed the events.

Wohali's New Website
The team at Wohali is proud to share the new website for Wohali Resort, located at www.WohaliUtah.com.
Upon visiting the website, users can expect to be greeted by a stunning and user-friendly interface that encapsulates Wohali's charm and natural beauty. The homepage provides an enticing overview of the development, highlighting its unique features and amenities.
Visitors can explore detailed information about the available Estate Homesites as well as our Wohali Village Residences including floor plans, architectural renderings, and interior and exterior concepts. The website also offers an interactive site map, allowing users to navigate through the community and locate specific lots or amenities.
The website serves as a valuable resource, providing users with the opportunity to learn about the development's vision, sustainability initiatives, and the exceptional generational lifestyle it offers. We hope you will take some time to explore our gorgeous new website.
Gatehouse Construction Update
Last month, Wohali's construction team began construction on our second amenity building: the Wohali Gatehouse, located at the formal entrance of the property (Renderings above).
The Gatehouse defines the first impression for Wohali Owners and guests and is designed to impress. With grandeur and meticulous detail, it captivates attention. Surrounded by stunning vistas, trees, and ponds, it exudes elegance and exclusivity. The Gatehouse showcases exquisite craftsmanship, including the Wohali hand-carved Brazilian timbers. State-of-the-art security systems and dedicated staff provide residents and owners privacy and peace of mind.
In May, Wohali hired Jim Olson as the Director of Security at Wohali. Jim joins Wohali after three years as Director of Physical Security in the Healthcare/Finance industry. Before his work in Healthcare and Finance, Jim spent 25 years in the FBI as a Special Agent, including assignments in Los Angeles, Missoula, Washington, D.C., Tokyo, Japan, and Salt Lake City, Utah. We are excited for Jim to join the team and appreciate his hard work.
Manor House Construction Update

Wohali's construction team has made immense progress on the Manor House over the past month in preparation for the space's opening at the end of the summer. The team is beginning to focus on smaller details that will give the building more personality, such as wall coverings, flooring, and stained glass windows.
Golf Course Construction Update

The Wohali Championship Golf Course has started to take its final shape and show signs of a masterpiece in the making. The construction team remains focused on finalizing the final sculpting and addition of topsoil, followed by sod and seed on the four remaining holes above the bluff.
Meanwhile, the grounds crew remains busy managing the 13 holes below the bluff, which are sodded and seeded, with the irrigation team now doing the heavy lifting. The slow rise of the green fairways to match the sodded bunkers and sod shaping the greens is like watching an artist add the final touches of a beautiful mural.
The golf course will be sodded entirely and seeded, with cart paths completed by mid-August. Wohali now has several golf carts so we can take a full tour of the Golf Course progression. We would love to share the beautiful transfiguration from dirt to a phenomenal world-class golf course.
Wohali Village

Wohali is a mountain retreat for a fortunate 428 homeowners, and the Wohali Village is the heart of the community. Wohali Village, housing the majority of the community's amenities, is centered around a European-style square designed to be a meeting place for family and friends. The square will be framed by a the Wohali Lodge and the Wohali Club House as well as some beautifully designed Townhomes.
Surrounded by timeless architecture with a modern flare, the square will accommodate a quiet cup of coffee or a live concert stage for the Fourth of July. The square will include restaurants, lounges, a world-class spa facility, a wellness center, and fitness facilities with residences above.
The first phase of Wohali Village offers four styles of semi-custom residences to call your own, with floor plans varying in architectural, size, and lifestyle. Each residence is designed to be rooted in the earth, adding energy to your home with ample living space indoors and out.
Those who purchase a residence in Wohali Village will have the unique opportunity to work with Michelle Burbidge, the on-site Wohali interior designer, to create a home that feels uniquely theirs. Each home in the Wohali Village will have architectural variances that make them unique - no two homes will be the same.

Phase 1B Estate Lots
After selling almost 90% of Wohali's first release of Estate Homesites, the Wohali Sales Team is excited to release 25 additional Estate lots to market in June. Four Estate Lots in this next phase have already been reserved.
